HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

• We will normally dispatch your item within 24 hours of order by second class post. If there is a special request or we have any problems with your order we will contact you using the email address provided. 
• All orders will be sent second class unless otherwise requested.
• All orders are tracked and LavenderLime take responsibility for the delivery of orders to your door. Any lost items will be replaced as is reasonable.

ARE THERE ANY EXCEPTIONS?

For bags, scarves and clothes we can normally deliver and supply immediately.

Where custom jewellery is ordered as all of our jewellery is hand made to order, on rare occasions we may experience delays or need to use slightly different patterns. If this is the case we will contact you immediately to advise. We pride ourselves on unique high quality designs using only the best quality materials and none of our jewellery is mass produced in China or India.

 

WHAT IS YOU RETURNS POLICY?

LavenderLime accepts returns/exchanges as long as items have been returned in their original packaging with no signs of use and we are notified within 14 days of delivery of a return. Only the purchase price of an item will be refunded. Any items that have been damaged or misused may not be refunded.

 

GUARANTEES

LavenderLime guarantee all of their products for 28 days against manufacturing defect and any subsequently claims will be considered on merits.

 

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

If you feel that a formal complaint needs to be made for any reason, please email Nikki and your complaint will be dealt with within 24 hours with the utmost importance. Our business has been built on happy customers, we aim to please.

LavenderLime is a South of England based retailer selling quality products at a good price. All of our Bags, Scarves and Accessories are hand selected, whilst our sterling silver jewellery is hand made by Nikki in her Surrey studio. Our founder, Nikki is married with four children and jostles a busy family life with the challenge of developing LavenderLime in to a first class fashion brand.

LavenderLime will often retail at fairs and events all around Surrey, and much of the jewellery can be found in stockists around Surrey and the south. Additionally we are located in central Surrey if you would like to see the full range of bags, scarves, jewellery and accessories. You can arrange a private viewing here.
