Floaty lightweight cotton summer dress - Perfect for daytime into evening wear, dressed up with a belt, heels and a jacket. Elasticated neckline which can be worn Bardot style or on the shoulders with gorgeous short little puffed sleeves. It has a deep frilled hemline graduating from just below the knee length to long at the back. Fully lined.
